additional badges: The producer reserves the right to decline an exhibit, change a category or limit the number of exhibits. Exhibits previously shown are welcome but previous winners are not eligible for prizes. Exhibits must be covered or enclosed and must be "finished" unless approved by the producer. "FOR SALE" signs or advertising of any kind are NOT allowed. This includes business cards, flyers or brochures. Exhibits set up time is Friday from 3pm to 6pm and or Saturday starting at 7am. EXHIBITS MUST ARRIVE by 8:30am and must remain for the duration of the show. Exhibitors must be present at show closing to claim their project. Security is provided at the show from the start of setup until show closing. However, neither the show producer, Hobby World Exhibits nor the City of Seattle assumes ANY LIABILITY for the exhibit. Exhibitors by their signature agree to follow the above stated guidelines and to be solely responsible for their exhibit and do hereby hold Hobby World Exhibits, Kris & Phil Hill, and the City of Seattle harmless for any damage to or loss of said exhibit.
